Welcome 2024 Burning Man Participants!

We are happy to assist you this year with your participant application information.  

Please follow the link below to access your application and pay any applicable fees.

Burning Man Online Permit Application and Payment System: Login – PublicPortal (cdpehs.com)

Step 1: Click on the Link Login – PublicPortal (cdpehs.com)

Step 2: Register for an account

Step 3: Click on Applications and Select Submit a “New Application”

Step 4: Select Nevada, Central Nevada HD and Health Permit Application Type and Click on “Create”

Step 5: Complete the New Application – Select Application Type: “New” and Establishment Type: “Temporary Food Establishment”

Step 6: Submit your application and pay associated fees

We will see you on the Playa to collect your Health Permits!
