• Childhood immunizations
  • Fees vary depending on Vaccines for Children (VFC) eligibility. The following children are considered VFC eligible:
    • Children enrolled in Medicaid (Proof of enrollment in Medicaid is required at time of service.)
    • Children enrolled in Nevada Check Up (Proof of enrollment in Nevada Check Up is required at time of service.)
    • Children who are American Indian/Alaskan Native
    • Children who have insurance which doesn’t cover immunizations
    • Children who do not have insurance
  • We accept Medicaid, Nevada Check Up, and some commercial insurances
• Adult immunizations
  • We accept Medicaid
  • We do not accept Medicare, Senior Care Plus or Senior Dimensions.
• Women’s Health Services
  • Cervical & Breast Cancer Screening
  • Pap
• Family Planning & Sexual Health Services
  • Birth Control
  • Emergency Contraception
  • Pregnancy Testing
  • STI Testing and Treatment
  • HIV Testing and Referral

All services are provided on a sliding scale based on household income.
